My goal as a licensed massage therapist and health practitioner is to help my patients restore balance and harmony within their bodies. Through breath, self-awareness, and education, my intention is to help you leave your session feeling grounded and more center with your body and mind.

I do offer deep tissue, therapeutic, and sports massage recovery, Graston Technique, Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Spine Level 1 &  Cupping Therapy.

My clients have been able to get back to their activities of daily living and back to enjoying their life with less pain related to their particular issues.

     Along with being a licensed massage therapist, I have earned my Bachelors of Sports Science from Northern Michigan University... GO CATS!

 

Having a background as being an athlete at a young age starting with gymnastics, volleyball, training for and running half marathons (The San Francisco Nike Women’s Marathon, The Marquette Marathon, and The Waterfront Half Marathon in Gladstone MI,) weightlifting and being a current athlete in fitness competitions, I understand just how important it is to invest in your body’s health, injury prevention and recovery.
